Death of a Salesman Card Playing Scene

In this scene i see that Willy Loman is having another one of his flashbacks about his deceased brother. I think that Willy is stuck in a place where he doesn't want to be but doesn't have a clue or the will power to find away out. I think that willy is one of those people who formulate dreams and aspirations in his head but doesn't actually formulate a plan of how and when to achieve them. It seems as though Willy is hoping for some kind of miraculous big break or someone to give him a boost to help himself out of his situation, I don't see him actually trying hard enough to make something of himself. I think that willy keeps having flash backs about Ben because thinking about Ben takes him to a place of hope that there is actually a possibility that things might work out in his favour.
